Just over 10 hours after completing her first Rotary Club presentation as an Ambassadorial Scholar, Ryoko was gearing up to give her second. This time it was to the Rotary Club of Coventry Breakfast. Another friendly welcome was waiting for her and it was nice for some members to take the time to tell her how much they were looking forward to her talk.

Ryoko Abe, our Ambassadorial Scholar from Nigata, Japan, was finally able to give her first presentation to a Rotary Club in our District. The Southam 2000 Rotary Club are always very welcoming to visitors and this time was no exception. Ryoko was understandably nervous, but the audience help her to relax and to hopefully enjoy the experience. They certainly laughed in the right places, which is always a good sign!
