A nice drive over to Goldicote Hall to join Shipston on Stour Club for its annual BBQ. The lovely grounds of the Hall made a lovely backdrop to the BBQ. As usual the food was great and the puddings something to die for - so much choice and so many opportunities to put the calories on. The weather held off and the sun did shine at several points during the afternoon. It was great to be with good Rotary friends and to catch up on their news. The club raised a good amount through its raffle and key competition to go towards its donation towards polioplus and the Rotary Foundation. A lovely afternoon.
