A lovely venue was the place of Lichfield Rotary Club's Christmas Dinner. The Oak Barn was very pleasant and the food was lovely. Although it was cold outside and some came through snow on the way a warm welcome from President Peter was there to great us. It was good to see Rotarians and their partners and friends with them all relaxing and enjoying a great evening together.

Had a fantastic evening at Lichfield Club's Review Evening. Around 120 people came together to be entertained by Just Us - a group that perform sketches and songs for free for charities. They kept us amused and entertained for a couple of hours with entertainment that just made us all laugh again and again.
A lovely supper was provided which was a great start to the evening - well done to those who helped prepare it. I must admit after a difficult week at work this was a great way to start...

It was lovely to come back and visit the Lichfield Club. It was very touching to be greeted so warmly by the members of the club and to be involved in several conversations before the meeting began and to meet their recently inducted member.
It was great to hear of the club's donation of several thousand pounds to a local special school that morning which will make a huge difference to them and should give the club a real feel good factor.
