The weather was freezing early in the morning as everybody set off for the Arden Hotel. This annual event always proves interesting. It was good to meet up with Rotary friends at the Arden Hotel whether Rotarian or Ambassadorial Scholar. Paul and I also had the delight of hosting a Cambodian Peace Fellow for 2 nights over the weekend so that he could attend and speak at the event.

Chesford Grange Hotel hosted the RIBI Foundation Seminar. It was good to meet up with several of my fellow DGs at the event and several members of our own District. We heard from 2 great Peace Scholars, Bob Scott who shared with us the positives that have arisen from the polio campaign, Ron Burton about the Future Vision Plan as well as the amazing life story of a man who contracted polio at 6 months old and is now 60.
